Milicitos: how we rate what we taste
From 1 to 5, with little stars: the scale was born at an alfajor tasting and now we use it to rate everything we try.
Milicitos are our way of rating food. They go from 1 to 5 and each one is a little Milimon star: the more milicitos, the more we liked it.
They started half as a joke, at an alfajor tasting. We had to pick the best one and, instead of serious scores, we started handing out little stars. The idea stuck.
It is a joke, but we use it for real: whenever we taste something, be it a dish, a recipe or a product, it will get its milicitos.

We would not have it again.
It has room for improvement.
